As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a motivated and organized person to fill the position of Secretary-Receptionist. This key role within our company will allow you to utilize your organizational and interpersonal skills while ensuring quality service to our clients and colleagues.

You will be responsible for: (non-exhaustive list)
- Welcoming and assisting clients and other contacts in person and over the phone
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic
- Managing our meeting rooms: booking, service, tidying
- Managing orders and stock of various supplies
- Preparing and following up on engagement letters with our clients
- Assisting in the management of our AML/KYC legal obligations
- Drafting letters and reports at the request of various departments
- Managing our client database
- Scanning and archiving all types of documents
- Maintaining the professional presentation of our reception area
Your profile:
- Holder of a secondary education diploma or with relevant experience in the field
- Proficient in common computer tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable, dynamic, punctual, organized, and proactive
- Open, friendly, helpful, and welcoming demeanor
- Proficiency in written and spoken French is essential; proficiency in German and English is desired, and knowledge of any other language is an advantage
